You can manage certain tracking permissions through your device or browser settings.
Advertising measurement (Meta)
Our website and the hlth. coach app use tools from Meta Platforms, Inc. (the Meta Pixel on our website and the Meta SDK in our app) to measure how well our advertising on Facebook and Instagram works.
On our website, this records the pages you visit and when you tap through to the App Store. In the app, it records when the app is installed or opened and when you finish setting up your account. Meta may use this information, together with information it already holds, to show you relevant ads and to report on ad performance.
We never send Meta your health or fitness data. That includes your hlth score, workouts, nutrition, sleep, recovery, body measurements, menstrual cycle, supplement or peptide information, wearable readings, and anything you enter while setting up the app.
On iPhone, the app asks for your permission before any tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies, and you can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app, website or other appropriate communication channels.
The updated version becomes effective when published.
